(Yan'an Daily) (Reporters Hao Dong, Guo Ziyi) On the morning of May 11, the inauguration ceremony of Yan'an Digital Trade Cross-Border Service Center and the launch ceremony of "Yan'an Service Trade Trusted Data Space" operation were held in the New District.

During the session for exchange of remarks at the ceremony, the Shaanxi Provincial Consultants Association shared insights on the GEDIS system. Yan'an Digital Trade Cross-Border Service Center introduced its core business and development plans. The School of Mathematics and Computer Science of Yan'an University exchanged remarks on the development of the digital economy industry and talent cultivation, providing intellectual support for the Center's development.

Gao Zhiliang, Data Scientist and Professor at Chang'an University, stated that Yan'an Digital Trade Cross-Border Service Center will establish standardized management and operation system specifications for GEDIS, clarify the full-link processes and power-responsibility boundaries for the DID Certification Center, CID Production Management Center, and the Intelligent Clearing and Settlement System, thereby helping the GEDIS system become key infrastructure for the mutual recognition of global digital trade rules.

The School of Mathematics and Computer Science of Yan'an University and Yan'an Digital Trade Cross-Border Service Center signed the Cooperation Agreement on Jointly Building the "Trusted Data Space Future Industry Research Institute". The Yan'an University — Trusted Data Space Practice Education Base was officially inaugurated, marking that Yan'an has entered a new stage of collaborative development in digital trade talent cultivation, technological innovation, and industrial implementation.

"In the future, we will further strengthen the integration of industry and education, jointly build a digital talent supply center for industries in northern Shaanxi, cultivate digital and intelligent talents for the economic and social development of Yan'an, and better promote the development of Yan'an's digital and intelligent economy," said Ma Lerong, Dean of the School of Mathematics and Computer Science of Yan'an University.

This event marks that Yan'an's digital trade and cross-border services have embarked on a new journey of standardized, systematic, and digital development. It will further activate the vitality of market entities, cultivate new growth points for foreign trade, and provide solid support for Yan'an to build a demonstration zone for high-quality development of regional digital trade.
