About GEDIS

Rule-Based Trust Globally Shared

The next stop for the digital economy belongs to the "co-creators."

The global digital economy is undergoing a deep transformation-from "connectivity" to "collaboration." Data globalization is a defining feature of the digital economy. When production capacity, technology, capital, and data flow across sovereign borders, the ability to collaborate efficiently while respecting each country's regulatory framework determines whether enterprises can share in the dividends of globalization.

GEDIS was built precisely for this purpose. It is a set of autonomous collaboration rules based on blockchain evidence storage, moving enterprises from "going it alone in a zero-sum game" to "co-creating and sharing incremental value."

Digital rights go global one certificate connects all.
1R&D Process and Project Origin

GEDIS originated from the transformation of the major research project "China-Mongolia Livestock Digital Trade Clearing and Settlement System," commissioned by the International Cooperation Center of China's National Development and Reform Commission in 2021. In September 2024, at the 8th Silk Road International Expo, the Yan'an Cross-Border Digital Trade Service Center and Mongolia's MONEXALL LLC officially signed the Cross-Border Digital Trade Cooperation Agreement, completing the Mongolian-side implementation and signing of the GEDIS Framework Convention.

In 2025, GEDIS passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation and was rated as "internationally advanced." It has now expanded to African countries including Uganda.

2Core Mechanism: The Tripartite Identifier System

GEDIS builds a full chain trust loop from "Identity" to "Asset" to "Value" through the tripartite DID-CID-G-TRAC identifier system:

DID Digital Identity —— The enterprise's "global digital ID." Anchored to business licenses-one certification, globally recognized. Enterprises control their own private keys; data is not surrendered to any platform.
CID Asset Identifier —— The "digital label" for physical assets. Production capacity, equipment, land, and other physical assets are uniquely tagged- "once tagged, globally traceable."
G-TRAC Warrant —— The digital rights carrier that enables "one certificate connects all." It carries data rights, revenue distribution rights, and settlement distribution rights throughout the enterprise's full lifecycle in the GEDIS ecosystem.
3 Core Rules: Four Consensus Principles
Rules Consensus: On-chain collaboration rules are jointly formulated and observed by global participants; they are not subordinate to any single entity.
Ecosystem Co-building: All parties participate equally in the trusted digital ecosystem. Any legitimate B-end enterprise, based solely on its performance records, may obtain equal market opportunities.
Value Co-creation: Fair and transparent value distribution is achieved based on on-chain contributions. All parties share incremental revenue in proportion to their actual contributions.
Risk Sharing: Systemic risks are shared jointly based on identity and responsibilities, forming a collaborative community of "shared interests and shared risks."
4Key Guarantee: Dual-Layer Guarantee System
Off-Chain Legal Guarantee:Based on notarized contracts in Mongolia and the host country's legal system, the legal status of all parties' property rights and revenue rights is established. Disputes are arbitrated in Hong Kong, with awards recognizable and enforceable in over 170 contracting states to the New York Convention.
On-Chain Data Guarantee:Full-process data-production, transaction, logistics, and clearing and settlement-is stored on-chain in real time via G-TRAC logs. Immutable and fully traceable, it serves as priority evidence in dispute resolution.
5 Shared Vision
Every physical enterprise, based solely on its own operational data, can access assessable, tradeable, and sustainable digital assets within the ecosystem. SMEs enjoy the same cross-border trust foundation as large enterprises-evolving from closed currency-based transactions to open asset co-creation, and integrating into global incremental markets.
