On August 24, a research team from Guangdong University of Finance and Economics visited the Yan'an Digital Trade Cross‑Border Service Center and the GEDIS Trusted Space Operations Center to examine the on‑ground implementation of GEDIS rules and Huayuan Group's practices. GEDIS's “dual‑center dumbbell” architecture has been recognized by two academicians as internationally leading. Its two‑level settlement mechanism and G‑TRAC digital asset warrants, now being validated in the China‑Mongolia demonstration park, can convert 80% of traditional industrial rigid costs into verifiable digital assets, boosting the park's overall value‑added potential to 94% and opening a channel for nearly 200,000 Mongolian herders to benefit from international division of labor. Both sides agreed to deepen industry‑university‑research collaboration to advance talent development and rule innovation, writing a new chapter of the “Yan'an Rules.”
